Our Work

We work with owners and developers to identify a performance target (e.g. LEED Platinum certification, zero energy, zero carbon, 50% less energy use than code, etc.). Our concept narratives for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems become the basis of the bid specifications. We collaborate closely with the selected contractor teams to find cost-effective strategies to implement the concept design and meet the owner’s performance target.
